Some Shout Outs...

Just a minute to say thanks to all those people I couldn't live without. First and foremost, my husband Dana you are my number one fan and a the best support system in the world.  Thank you for all your encouragement, I could have never accomplished so much without you. My mom thank you for all those years you are my best friend!  Carla and the PR Girls thanks for helping transform and change my life. You all keep me going and challenge me in ways I never imagined.  Shelly for getting me started in all this, and still getting sucked into all my cardio sessions.  And to all my other friends and family, I love you guys. Thanks for the encouragement, the late night/early morning cardio duos, and for just being the great people you are.  You guys all rock!!!
